4. Pittsburgh Penguins 19-6-4: The Penguins got some bad news today. Sidney Crosby has been ruled out with the Mumps. The mumps appear to making its way through the NHL like a brush fire. The Pens will have to endure some time without their Captain.

3. Nashville Predators 19-8-2: The Predators are 7-3-0 in their last ten games. Do you think the change in the organization to Peter Laviolette has worked?? Guess who is first in the NHL is goals for? You guessed right the Nashville Predators. Pekka Rinne is 19-6-1 with a 1.75 goals against average.

2. St. Louis Blues 20-8-2: The Blues have won four in a row but that is not the story in St. Louis. The story is surrounding their goalies. Brian Elliot appears to be close to coming back and when he comes back what do you do? Martin Brodeur is 2-1-0 with a 2.64 goals against average since joining the team and Jake Allen is 10-3-1 with a 2.50 goals against average. Maybe the Blues just carry three goalies??

1. Anaheim Ducks 21-6-5: The Ducks currently hold the best record in the NHL and longest winning streak at seven games. The Ducks are winning games without one of their best players in Corey Perry. Perry is on IR with a sprained knee. The Ducks continue to win despite their injuries and lead the NHL! QUACK QUACK QUACK!!!

The Ducks sit atop this week’s rankings who is your number 1 team?
