Tonight the NHL will debut their “Road To the Winter Classic 2015” . This will be the first of four episodes leading up to the big game at Nationals Park. The series will follow the Chicago Blackhawks and Washington Capitals.  The first episode will feature Capitals Coach Barry Trotz son getting acclimated to a new city. Trotz’s son Daniel has down syndrome and it is an adjustment moving from Nashville. Trotz had been the Coach in Nashville for 15 years. This is Trotz’s first season in Washington.

The episode will also feature the relationship between Andrew Shaw and Bryan Bickell. It will give us behind’s lock at their relationship off the ice. In the clip Bickell has a shiner in the training room and Shaw is giving him grief over his shiner. The series is also supposed to feature the Corey Crawford concert injury and the Jeremy Morin/Tim Erixon trade.  Blackhawks fans need not fret the series will debut tonight at 9pm. It will be able to be seen on NHL.com, Chicago Blackhawks.com, Washington Capitals.com, and Epix websites. The recommendation is that parents be mindful of younger children watching this show because it is supposed to be unedited. That means will be getting an unfiltered look at the language used in pro-hockey locker room.
