9. Tampa Bay Lightning 24-12-4: Tampa Bay is 2-4-2 in their last eight road games and need to improve if they want to stay in the upper echelon of Eastern conference teams. Ben Bishop is 5-3-1 with a 2.91 goals against average on the road. At home Bishop is 13-3-1 with a 2.06 goals against average.

8. New York Rangers 21-11-4: The Rangers have won two in a row and continue to improve in the Met. They are 9-1-0 in their last 10 games.

7. Nashville Predators 25-9-3: Could Pekka Rinne be wearing down?? Despite winning their last two games in a row, Rinne had allowed six goals in their last win. Rinne allowed two goals in their previous win and four goals in their last loss. Maybe it’s time to give Rinne sometime off?

6. St. Louis Blues 23-13-3: T.J. Oshie reached the 100 goal mark in his career on Saturday night with a hat trick. The Blues also snapped their five game home losing streak with the victory. The Blues got more good news. Jaden Schwartz returned to the lineup after missing the seven games with a broken foot.
