14. Florida Panthers 19-11-9: The Panthers have won five of their last eight games and currently sit ninth in the Eastern Conference. The Panthers trail the Bruins by three points. Jimmy Hayes is one of the main reasons the Panthers are playing well this season. Hayes has 12 goals and seven assists ans is plus one on the season. This past week Roberto Luongo went back to Vancouver for the first time and won his start. The Canucks fans cheered him. Luongo statistically is the best goalie in Vancouver’s history.

Panthers All-Star: Roberto Loungo and Aaron Ekblad.

13. Vancouver Canucks 23-14-3: The Canucks cheered Bobby Lou when he returned earlier this week. The Canucks were shutout to end the week by Joni Ortio of the Flames. The Canucks All-Star Radim Vrbata. Vrbata is having a career year playing with Sedins.

12. Boston Bruins 22-15-6: The Bruins have been put on notice by their new CEO. The Bruins better start winning because this season has been a disssapointment. The finger pointing might want to be begin with GM Peter Chiarelli. He traded away Seguin for no value and then did not replace Jarome Ignila’s scoring. They need to start dealing players and start with Milan Lucic.

11. Washington Capitals 24-11-4: The Caps have won six of their last ten games and are still holding down a Wild Card spot. Now only if they can get that Winter Classic banter down from the rafters at their practice facility, things would be great for them.

Caps All-Star: Alex Ovechkin
