D. 31 points is the correct answer and bonus points for answering 1953-54

Many look at the late 90s and early 2,000’s as the worst years in Blackhawks history and for an era they really were the dark ages, but if you look to one season as the worst it was the 1953-54 season.  The Chicago Blackhawks started out going 0-7-1 in their first 8 games and never recovered from the poor start. They ended up going 12-51-7 for their worst showing ever which was strange for a team that took the Montreal Canadiens to 7 games the season before in the playoffs.

Al Rollins picked up all 12 wins in net that season and the leading scorer was Larry Wilson with 42 points.  Of course Chelsea Dagger wasn’t even thought of back then but it was probably a very tough ticket to sell at the Chicago Stadium that season with few wins and very few goals being scored!

How did you do? Did you get all 5 questions correct?
