A. 11 Game Winning streak is the correct answer
During the strike shortened season the team that was laser focused from beginning to the end was the Chicago Blackhawks. The Blackhawks started the season with a record point streak that may never be broken and in the middle of the streak went on a 11 game winning streak.
The streak started on February 15 2013 a 4-1 victory over the San Jose Sharks a game that featured goals from Dave Bolland, Marcus Kruger, Niklas Hjalmarsson and Andrew Shaw pretty interesting group of players to score goals. The streak came to an end on March 8th at the same time the Big Point streak to start the season came to an end when the Hawks lost to the Colorado Avalanche on the road.
The 2013 season was a very special season from the point streak at the beginning to the 17 seconds in Game #6 of the Stanley Cup Finals, but in the middle of it all was the longest Blackhawks winning streak of 11 games.
