Chicago Blackhawks Playoff Tickets Go On Sale Today

By Keith Schultz

This past Friday was the first day of spring not that you could tell this morning by all the snow, but with the arrival of spring also brings another tradition that it’s time for Chicago Blackhawks playoff tickets to go on sale.

The Chicago Blackhawks haven’t guaranteed themselves a playoff spot just yet, but they appear to be in without a total collapse in the final 11 games of the season. The Chicago Blackhawks have a very manageable schedule against teams if they aren’t overlooking them, and should be defeated while having plenty of rest time along the way for the new team members to continually get use to playing with the established Chicago Blackhawks stars.

The Chicago Blackhawks playoff tickets when released usually go not quickly, but very quickly like in less than a half hour so if you are looking to see the Blackhawks in action at the United Center and don’t plan on using ticket options like StubHub or scalpers be ready when the tickets go on sale today or you the only way to watch the Blackhawks will be on the T.V. like everyone but the 22,000 in the U.C.

If you haven’t been to a playoff game there is no better atmosphere to be in for a hockey game.  The games are more intense from every goal to every hit and although the United Center Crowd is usually into every game, a playoff game atmosphere is even that much greater than a regular season game atmosphere.

Here are the two ways to obtain Chicago Blackhawks playoff tickets when they go on sale today at High Noon!

1. Go to and purchase tickets through the ticketmaster website

2. Call Ticketmaster at 1-800-745-3000

The inventory of playoff tickets is already being called LIMITED so that means they will sell out fast so make sure you are ready with your credit cards to make the purchase right at noon to see the Chicago Blackhawks in the playoffs this April.

The Chicago Blackhawks when they clinch a playoff spot this year will have earned a playoff birth for the 7th straight season, and all but two of those playoff seasons have they failed to advance out of the first round.  They have made four Western Conference Finals and won the Stanley Cup twice since the arrival Jonathan Toews and Patrick Kane so the hope again is a long playoff run by the Blackhawks and it really starts today with the tickets going on sale.
