Chicago Blackhawks Morning Links- The Real Tourney Starts In A Week

By Keith Schultz

Good morning Chicago Blackhawks fans! March Madness is finally over and what many believe is the best tournament of the year is completed with the Duke Blue Devils winning their 5th National Championship, but we as hockey fans know the real best tournament begins a week from now.

Their is nothing better than Stanley Cup playoff hockey whether you are rooting for your favorite team or just catching a game after work.  The difference is players like Bryan Bickell finally start playing up to their potential using their full arsenal of talent.  Each player knows an entire season is on the line when they take to the ice so each games intensity is ramped up way more than a regular season contest in late January.

The Chicago Blackhawks are fighting for home ice advantage and tonight brings the Minnesota Wild a team that the Blackhawks have bounced from the playoffs the last two seasons, so even though this isn’t a playoff game, there should be a whole lot of playoff intensity within this game especially after the way the Wild beat the Blackhawks in Minnesota the last time we saw the Wild.  Here are some morning links to kick off your Game Night!
