Minnesota Wild Vs Chicago Blackhawks: Live Streaming, Predictions, & More

The Chicago Blackhawks will be hosting their last regular season home game tonight at the United Center and the stakes for a regular season game are pretty high for both teams with only 3 games left in the season and playoff seeding’s and positions in the balance.
The Chicago Blackhawks are coming off a 2-1 loss to their arch rival the St. Louis Blues and if they are going to host a first round series at the United Center with home ice advantage they need to finish the season with 3 wins and cross their fingers that the other teams ahead of the them (St. Louis, Nashville) have a tough time finishing games.
Tonight will feature the debut of Blackhawks prospect and recent signee Kyle Baun. Baun is big at 6ft 2inches and 205Lbs and during his college days scored 14 goals and 29 assists this past college season. Baun cannot play in the playoffs so this isn’t and audition, and him signing a 2 year deal and burning one of those years is kind of baffling.
The Blackhawk also will get Joakim Nordstrom back in the lineup which is a bit disappointing after the solid play and real spark of Andrew DeJardins. Nordstrom is very good at the penalty kill which is probably the reason he’s in the lineup and not watching from the pressbox.
The Minnesota Wild looked to be a lock for the Wild Card spot a week ago, but after dropping a few games though looking good in their playoff hunt still need a win. Devan Dubnyk should be a Vezina trophy candidate right behind Carey Price for his outstanding play this year and totally turning around a franchises season from last place to the playoffs.

I missed out on a St. Louis Blues game prediction and well I’m glad I did, so on to tonight’s game against the Wild. I see the Chicago Blackhawks defeating the Minnesota Wild who are running out of magic 3-2 with goals by Marian Hossa and Bryan Bickell in a hard hitting face paced game.
