Anaheim Ducks Vs Chicago Blackhawks Game #4: Live Streaming, TV Listings, & More

By Keith Schultz

So here we are at the crossroads of the Western Conference Finals.  Will the Chicago Blackhawks win tonight and put the train on the set of tracks for a potential 7 game series or will the Anaheim Ducks be able to break through twice at the United Center and put the next game at the Honda Center in full crisis mode for the Chicago Blackhawks.

The Game #1 loss could be directly pointed at David Rundblad and his nervous, poor effort replacing Michal Rozisval.  Joel Quenneville acted swiftly and replaced him with Kyle Cumiskey who was shaky in Game #2, but looked way more comfortable in Game #3 steading up the Chicago Blackhawks defense.

The Game #3 loss can be pointed at two things very easily. First the powerplay didn’t score when they had some chances including a 4 minute powerplay while the Ducks scored in the opening seconds of their first powerplay.

Secondly, the loss can be pointed straight at Joel Quenneville and his knucklehead needed fresh legs in the lineup excuse for sitting Teuvo Teravainen and Antione Vermette in Game #3.  Kris Versteeg looks best from the pressbox and Joakim Nordstrom does absolutely nothing for me ever since the day he stepped into the Chicago Blackhawks lineup for opening night against the Washington Capitals during banner raising night 2013.

After the Chicago Blackhawks offense and face-off abilities went haywire in Game #3, it looks like Quenneville will right the ship and put them back in the lineup tonight, but will it be too little too late?  The Ducks stole back home ice advantage and now want to put their foots on the throat of the Chicago Blackhawks tonight in Game #4.

The Chicago Blackhawks need to get back to being in front of the net especially Bryan Bickell! When Bickell was putting puck after puck in the net back in 2013, he was doing it right in front of the opposing goalie and that’s where his big body needs to be tonight! The other thing is the Hawks need to keep sustained pressure in the Ducks end of the ice, while somebody has to move Corey Perry from Corey Crawford’s grill!!
