The Chicago Blackhawks won their first road Game #7 since 1965, and now they are off to sunny Florida for the Stanley Cup Finals!

The Chicago Blackhawks are the Western Conference Champions for the third time in 6 seasons.  Make sure you take a deep breath and enjoy the ride that the Chicago Blackhawks have taken us since Jonathan Toews and Patrick Kane took to the ice back in 2007.

Now the Chicago Blackhawks are facing the Tampa Lightning in the Stanley Cup Finals and here is the schedule for the 2015 Stanley Cup Finals

There you have it the Chicago Blackhawks and the Tampa Bay Lightning have made it to the Stanley Cup Finals and they have 7 dates set to see who will be hoisting the Stanley Cup at the end of a 2 month marathon.

The Tampa Bay Lightning’s route to the finals have included a 7 game series against the Detroit Red Wings, a 6 game series win over the Montreal Canadiens, and a great 7 game series victory over the New York Rangers.

The Chicago Blackhawks route started with a 6 game series win over the Nashville Predators, a Sweep of the Minnesota Wild which was very unexpected, and finally tonight they closed out the Anaheim Ducks in a classic 7 game series.

The Blackhawks have won 2 series without home ice advantage and the Tampa Bay Lightning also won 2 series without home ice while both teams won their lone series with home ice advantage.

The Tampa Bay Lightning had a record of 50-25-8 for 108 points

The Chicago Blackhawks had a record of 48-28-6 for 102 points
