The Chicago Blackhawks have advanced to the Stanley Cup final for the third time in the last six seasons. This is their first appearance since 2012-13 season. Their opponent will be the Tampa Bay lightning. This will be the second appearance in the Stanley Cup Final in Franchise history. The Lightning’s last appearance in the Cup was 2003-04. The Lightning won the cup over the Calgary Flames in Seven Games. A lifetime ago Brad Richards was the Conn Smythe winner for the Lightning. This incarnation of the Lightning will give the Blackhawks trouble in the Stanley Cup Final.
