The Finnish Wonder.  I’m pretty sure it’s safe to say that Teuvo Teravainen has become a permanent fixture in the Chicago lineup.  He has found some great chemistry playing alongside Patrick Sharp and Antoine Vermette on the third line.

In Game 1, TT recorded a goal and an assist late in the contest and pretty much won the game for the Blackhawks.  He even earned himself some time on the power play.  Before coming to the Blackhawks, he played a lot on the power play, and enjoyed that role.

Well he must have done something right, because in Game 2, Teravainen was on the ice for all 3 power plays.  Sure enough, he found the back of the net for a power play goal as well!  His tally made the score 2-1, Blackhawks, as Andrew Shaw had scored a scrappy goal earlier in the second period.

That’s 2 goals and an assist in the first 2 games of the Stanley Cup Final.  In his rookie year.  The series is just getting started, and Teuvo Teravainen is just getting started.  We are watching a legend in the making.
