Chicago Blackhawks: ‘Ex-Hawks’ Filled With Champions

Apr 2, 2015; St. Louis, MO, USA; Linesman Trent Knorr (63) escorts Calgary Flames left wing Brandon Bollig (25) to the bench after fighting with St. Louis Blues defenseman Robert Bortuzzo (not pictured) during the first period at Scottrade Center. Mandatory Credit: Jasen Vinlove-USA TODAY Sports
4th line – Brandon Bollig (Calgary Flames)-Dave Bolland (Assistant Captain, Florida Panthers)-Tomas Kopecky (Free Agent)
Bolland brings the grit, Bollig brings the size and then there’s Kopecky. This line won’t score much, but it’ll grind the heck out of opponents. None of these guys bring much to the ice, but sometimes it’s more about attitude than skill on the fourth line. And there will be plenty of fighting to go around, which is always fun.
They say big bruisers like Bollig are becoming an extinct species in the NHL. Well, the Ex-Hawks would beg to differ, as he will play all 82 games for them.
