No. 9: Phillip Danault

One look at Phillip Danault’s game, and Jonathan Toews comes to mind. Though Danault is certainly not a generational talent like the current Blackhawks captain, Danault’s leadership qualities, not to mention skill as a defensive forward, easily resemble Toews’ game. Danault will be in tough to make the Blackhawks’ roster this year, but with those qualities he is definitely a lock to suit up for the Blackhawks in the near future, with both preseason and regular-season games under his belt.
