Though two of the newest, and arguably most hyped, Blackhawks are on this line, they are vastly overshadowed by the events taking place regarding Kane over the past several days. It seems that this issue may not be resolved for months, and it could result in the Blackhawks star missing playing time. However, if Kane is able to play, this line has the potential to outplay top lines on many teams around the league. The addition of Anisimov brings stability to the second-line center position, and Kane said it himself: Anisimov is exactly the guy he wants giving him the puck. The jury is still out on Panarin, but if he lives up to the hype (and with those two on his line, why shouldn’t he?), he could quickly become one of the NHL’s most dangerous secondary scorers.
