Chicago Blackhawks Morning Links: The Waiting Game

By Keith Schultz

Good morning Chicago Blackhawks fans!  Normally when I put a title of the waiting game up in the middle of August, I’m talking about the summer dragging on and how long the wait seems to be for another Chicago Blackhawks training camp and preseason to kick off.

This time the waiting game is different as we all know.  This time it’s a player career that could hang in the balance, and it’s one of our favorite players on our favorite team.  The wait could be very long and for a person like myself that is very impatient this summer is going to hurt and take a long time to go away while we wait for something official to happen just outside of Buffalo.

In the court of public opinion or social media the verdict has already been handed down, but we will wait for charges to be brought or allegations to fade into the wind before we can give our opinions one way or the other.  It’s a long, long waiting game and it’s only just begun.  Here are some morning links to kick off your Tuesday morning.
