21. Boston Bruins
The Boston Bruins might’ve had the most interesting offseason in the NHL. They sent Milan Lucic, Dougie Hamilton, Carl Soderberg and Reilly Smith out for a slew of draft picks and young talent that isn’t expected to make an impact in the NHL this season.

It appears like new general manager Don Sweeney is trying to retool the Bruins. The only problem is the team still has Patrice Bergeron, Brad Marchand, David Krejci, Zdeno Chara and a quality netminder in Tuukka Rask.
If the Bruins are trying to rebuild, it might not look too blatantly obvious. It does appear the glorious championship-contending era the Bruins were in from 2007 to 2014 may be over.
