Chicago Blackhawks Morning Links- Regular Season Or Bust

By Keith Schultz

Good morning Chicago Blackhawks fans! The offseason checklist if finally complete! Training camp is over, and after last night the preseason schedule is over so it’s all downhill from here on out to opening night.

We are three days away from watching the 6th Stanley Cup banner in franchise history getting hoisted to the rafters of the United Center.  We have had one crazy summer full of trades and one major disappointment with the Patrick Kane investigation, but it all comes to an end on Wednesday and most of us can’t wait for the season to get started.

During the summer we thought a player in Marko Dano would be on the top line with Marian Hossa and Jonathan Toews yet ends up in Rockford, and Bryan Bickell gets put on waivers but will still open up the season on the opening night roster.

All of this made for a pretty quick summer after the Hawks winning the 2015 Stanley Cup so like the approaching season, here… we.. Go.. with some morning links to open up your Sunday morning.
