Chicago Blackhawks Morning Links- Back To The Future Day

By Keith Schultz

Good morning Chicago Blackhawks fans! I’m sure you’re tired of hearing about Back To The Future the past few days, but if you grew up in the 1980’s it was probably one of your favorite movies growing up. Now it’s finally the day that Marty and crew went To the Future even if there was enough Facebook hoax pictures out there the past few years.

When Back To The Future came out nobody probably expected the Cubs to have a chance at winning the World Series in 2015, but closer to home, I bet no one expected the Chicago Blackhawks to have won 3 Stanley Cups between 2010-2015.  It’s fun looking back at all of the predictions that Back To The Future expected to happen in 2015, but to me it’s better to keep looking to the Future to what this run can possibly conquer while it’s in it’s prime.

Of course that future took a hit yesterday with the news that Duncan Keith will be out 4-6 weeks.  The Chicago Blackhawks depth will be put to the test between now and Keith’s return, so the Future may not be bright, but it’s time for someone to step up.  Here are some morning links to kick off your Wednesday morning.
