Chicago Blackhawks Morning Links- Back On Track

By Keith Schultz

Good morning Chicago Blackhawks fans! The Chicago Blackhawks after a rough two game road trip got the train back on track last night with a 4-2 win over the Los Angeles Kings last night.  The offense again was pretty dormant last night until it finally awoke in the third period, and it was Patrick Kane doing Patrick Kane things that woke up the Chicago Blackhawks offense.

The goal from Kane was kind of fluky because it was pretty much a goal due to a screen by the LA defenseman, but his no look pass to Teuvo Teravainen was a thing of beauty. The Hawks didn’t look back from there, and Artem Anisimov‘s move to beat Jonathan Quick was pretty sweet as well.

The kids looked ok as well out there even if it appeared Joel Quenneville was sheltering them from a lot of minutes throughout the game.  The one big question mark for me when talking about the kids is Viktor Svedberg‘s defense.  On one hand it’s nice that Q is sticking with him and trying to build a defenseman, but on the other hand he gets caught looking way too much which is a habit he needs to conquer soon.

Either way, it’s a victory Tuesday and here are some morning links to kick off your morning.
