Chicago Blackhawks Morning Links- Happy Thanksgiving

By Keith Schultz

Happy Thanksgiving Chicago Blackhawks fans! The Chicago Blackhawks did us all a favor last night, and beat one of the hottest teams in the NHL in the San Jose Sharks on their rink.

The Chicago Blackhawks took it to them early and built a 3-1 lead, and did what they have done for two seasons and protect a third period lead. It’s amazing that the Hawks haven’t lost a game with a lead entering the third period since Game #7 of the 2014 Western Conference Finals.

The Chicago Blackhawks now are off to Los Angeles to play the Anaheim Ducks and LA Kings this coming weekend, and even though the Ducks aren’t playing their normal winning style of hockey, the last two games of the circus trip will be a good measuring stick on where the Chicago Blackhawks are heading home for December.

Anyways, it’s Thanksgiving day so I hope you enjoy your turkey, Stuffing, Cranberry Sauce and mashed potatoes and have a wonderful day with friends and family, and maybe just maybe the Bears can pull out a win in Green Bay tonight!
