Patrick Kane Sends The Blackhawks To Finals With A Hat Trick
The Chicago Blackhawks were up 3-1 in the 2013 Western Conference Finals and it looked like the Hawks were going to win in regulation until a Mike Richards goal with less than 15 seconds left to play.
The next thing you know the game is heading into overtime with a trip to the Finals hanging in the balance, and it wouldn’t just take one but two overtimes to decide the outcome.
With both teams getting tired, Jonathan Toews took the puck from Bryan Bickell and on a 2 on 1 put a perfect pass in Patrick Kane’s wheel house and he didn’t miss. The goal gave Patrick Kane a hat trick and it sent the LA Kings home for the summer.
