Chicago Blackhawks Morning Links- Keeping The Red Out

Good morning Chicago Blackhawks fans! The Chicago Blackhawk travel to Nashville tonight to face-off against the Nashville Predators for the second time since Tuesday night.  The other night was at the United Center, but tonight the game is at Bridgestone Arena which has turned into a United Center South in recent seasons.

A few years ago the big talk was the fact the Nashville Predators front office had come up with a ticket plan that’s sole purpose was to Keep the Chicago Blackhawks red jerseys out.  The effect was probably worse than the Predators could have ever imagined with the Arena filling up with over 50% Chicago Blackhawks fans.

It’s not really a talking point anymore, but I was at both a regular season game in Nashville last October that was an even split Blackhawks/Predators fans, and I was at Game #5 of the playoffs which was about 80% Predators fans.  So it will be interesting to see how many fans converge on Bridgestone tonight.

Either way the Chicago Blackhawks have settled into playing some good hockey at just the right time so we will be looking for the Chicago Blackhawks to win 2 more points against the Central Division tonight in middle Tennessee!  Here are some morning links to kick off your game day.
