Chicago Blackhawks Morning Links- Rebound Night

By Keith Schultz

Good morning Chicago Blackhawks fans! It’s time for the Chicago Blackhawks to rebound after a disappointing performance Tuesday night against the Colorado Avalanche.  The rebound train gets the Edmonton Oilers at the United Center tonight.  Before you go thinking this is going to be a cakewalk, the Edmonton Oilers are 6-1 in their last seven games, and a former #1 draft pick Taylor Hall is finally playing up to the lofty expectations that he had when he was drafted.

The Chicago Blackhawks were a step slow Tuesday night and will not be playing a slow team tonight so one would think that Joel Quenneville should be moving far away from the Brandon Mashinter‘s in the lineup and the defensive pairing of Rob Scuderi and Michal Rozsival.

The one thing that is sort of sad is that we won’t be talking about the streak anymore.  It was a fun run watching Artemi Panarin trying to get Patrick Kane get a point a night, but now hopefully Panarin will start looking for his own shot more often instead of force feeding the puck to #88. We will see if a different Chicago Blackhawks team shows up tonight, and in the meantime here are some morning links to kick off you Game Night!
