Good morning Chicago Blackhawks fans! The Chicago Blackhawks are back on the ice tonight ending their short Christmas break.  The Blackhawks have a great opportunity to pick up a win tonight on home ice at the United Center against a Carolina Hurricanes who is at the bottom of the standings in the Eastern Conference.

The Chicago Blackhawks obviously aren’t a juggernaut this season, but this is a game against a team that’s sub .500 overall and on the road so the Chicago Blackhawks should dominate this game and pick up 2 important points in the Central Division Standings.

The Hurricanes haven’t been good for a while now but they were playing pretty good hockey going in to the break having gone 6-3-1 in their last 10 games, but this is still a game that the Chicago Blackhawks should win after getting an extra night of a Christmas break and getting to stay home in the first game after the break.

It’s still should be a fun game to watch especially since it feels like a week since the Hawks lost to the Stars on Tuesday night, so here are some morning links to kick off you Gameday!
