Chicago Blackhawks Morning Links- Happy New Year’s

By Keith Schultz

Happy New Year’s Chicago Blackhawks fans! It’s 2016 and there is plenty to look forward to in this regular season.  The Chicago Blackhawks still have a Stadium Series game in Minnesota to look forward to in February, and of course everyone will be looking to see where the Blackhawks will end up in playoff seeding for their possible Stanley Cup defense this coming spring.

Maybe the New Year will bring the Chicago Blackhawks some more secondary scoring or maybe a trade for a top line forward to help balance the offense and give some help to Patrick Kane. The fun thing is we are going to get to watch the Blackhawks in their golden era put a new twist on the Jonathan Toews/Patrick Kane era.

Everything is new again, but hopefully we are just re-watching history and more playoff victories are on the way in April.  Hope you had a safe New Year’s Eve and I wish everyone a prosperous New Year’s and here are some morning links on the first morning of 2016!
