Good morning Chicago Blackhawks fans! The Chicago Blackhawks are coming off a pretty boring 2-0 loss to the San Jose Sharks, and now are back at the United Center once again tonight to faceoff against the Dallas Stars.

The Blackhawks will be facing the Stars for the third time since right before the calendar turned to 2016.  This is the definition of a rubber match with the Stars easily beating the Blackhawks in Dallas in December 4-0, and then last week the Blackhawks returned the blowout favor beating the Stars 5-1 again in Dallas.

So tonight maybe we will see the first good game between the two teams this season, one thing we sure don’t want to see anytime soon is a disallowed goal for goalie interference.  The Hawks are 1-1 in their last three games when they have had a goal waved off.  It’s interesting that now the 2nd pro league has it’s call that no one understands. The NFL has it’s reception rule that no one understands and now the NHL has it’s goalie interference call.

As fun as it to see Joel Quenneville lose his mind I think we have seen enough of the overturned goals.  Here are some morning links to kick off your Thursday morning.
