Good morning Chicago Blackhawks fans! Well after having over an entire day to let the Stadium Series Game set in, it’s still pretty much a nightmare.  The team gave up a 2 on 1 in the first few seconds of the game and it really never got any better after that opening moment.

The good news is that in an 82 game season it’s just one game, unfortunately it was on national TV during an outdoor event, but the Hawks got blown out on a Sunday afternoon last year when the Boston Bruins routed them 6-2 at the United Center. So it’s not the end of the world but as a fan it sure doesn’t feel good to be all excited to watch a game and then see your team get blown out.

The Hawks have a couple of days off to regroup and get some rest for the stretch run with only 20 games left on the schedule which means that the finish line is in site.  The Chicago Blackhawks are back on the ice on Thursday night, but for today here are some morning links to kick off your Tuesday morning.
