Good Morning Chicago Blackhawks Fans!

We have seen this dance a few times before under Coach

Joel Quenneville

, and no matter how much we want to wax poetically about the Chicago Blackhawks ability to bounce back when their backs are against the wall, the only time the Hawks have come back down 3-1 was against the Detroit Red Wings in 2013.  The last time the Chicago Blackhawks were facing and elimination game on the road in a Game #5 they did win on this goal by the Captain

Jonathan Toews

.

The only problem was the fact that Mike Smith would stop everything possible when the two teams came back to Chicago for Game #6, and this fomula sounds very familiar to this series with the St. Louis Blues with Brian Elliott standing on his head.
The Chicago Blackhawks are pretty good in do or die games under Joel Quenneville, but they are better heading into Game #6 with a series lead rather than behind the 8 ball.  The Chicago Blackhawks will be without their key annoyance in Andrew Shaw who will be missing Game #5 while serving a one game suspension for the slur he used while in the penalty box late in Game #4.  So their backs are against the wall once again, do they have enough to extend the series or will the Hawks defense of their Stanley Cup end in 5 games in the opening round of the Stanley Cup playoffs.

Here are your Chicago Blackhawks morning links to kick start your Thursday morning.
