Chicago Blackhawks Morning Links- Watching It

Good Morning Chicago Blackhawks fans!
The summer is in full swing right now for the Chicago Blackhawks, and the news trickling in has hit almost a complete stop. The only bit of any type of news yesterday was the NHL National TV Schedule being released.
Of course we did a post on it already, and how the Chicago Blackhawks led all teams in the NHL with 21 games on NBC and NBCSN which doesn’t include all the simulcast games that will be played on the NHL Network during the season.
The question I have is what players are the National TV audience missing with the Chicago Blackhawks being mainstays on NBCSN. We mentioned Connor McDavid yesterday, but there are all kinds of young players that will only be seen a fraction of the time compared to Toews and Kane.
Auston Matthews the #1 pick this year will only make one appearance on the National TV seen as well as P.K. Subban in his new home of Nashville.
This is one thing that the NFL does a great job at even if it means a terrible matchup on a Monday night that includes the Cleveland Browns. Every team sees the National lights once and in the end every young star gets seen by everyone around the country which in turn helps build the sport.
The NHL is not a big sport and it should be continuing to strive to grow the game, and although I like seeing the Hawks as much as possible it’s not how to grow the sport in my opinion.
