Good Morning Chicago Blackhawks fans!

When you see the words on the block in sports, you usually think of a player on the trading block getting ready to be traded at the trade deadline or around the draft.  Well this summer on the block has had a little different meaning for the Chicago Blackhawks.

This summer it’s seems like all the big stars have been selling their homes or condo’s and for a lot of money. Jonathan Toews sold his home while Patrick Kane sold his place in Trump Tower.  This week we found out thanks to the newspapers that Brent Seabrook has put his house up for sale.

The question going around Twitter yesterday was should the papers be reporting that the house is up for sale while the player still lives at the residence?  Most people agreed that it really isn’t safe because all it takes is one Stalker to know where the player lives and things go turn bad very quickly.

To be honest I never thought of this every time I read one of these articles, it seemed like it was just interesting to see how much the homes or condos were going for that our favorite players were living in, but after you come to think about it, it may not be in the players best interest for everyone to know where he lives until after the property is sold.

Something to talk about during the summer I guess, in the meantime here are some Chicago Blackhawks morning links to start your day.
