Good Morning Chicago Blackhawks fans!

When you get to certain age you start looking forward to certain days of the week because it’s the night of bowling or softball etc.  Tuesdays are now softball nights this summer and into the fall which is great because the season ends right before the Chicago Blackhawks take the ice in early October.

Another thing to look forward to on Tuesday is how many pics and memes there are of Jonathan Toews and to put them on Twitter and Facebook with the phrase Happy Toewsday.

The Chicago Blackhawks Captain is the best Captain in the NHL and he’s been able to hoist the Stanley Cup 3 times in his young career with plenty more chances to follow in the upcoming years one has to think.

The fun part of Toews is the many facial expressions he makes while being the best Captain in the NHL. His facial expressions are about as legendary as his play on the ice.

The Chicago Blackhawks Captain didn’t have his best season in 2015-2016 so as he’s resting up and cliff jumping during his summer vacation.

Blackhawks fans are hoping for bigger and better things from #19 this upcoming season. One thing that would really help Toews in his pursuit of a great season is consistent linemates.  They tried everyone including the kitchen sink last season.  This is why the flirtation with Jimmy Vesey and Stan Bowman seems to be huge this offseason.  Vesey has the talent to play top 6 minutes and could be a wing for Toews this season.   How’s that for a selling point!
