No. 48: C Mark Cullen (2005-06)

This spot could be given to Vincent Hinostroza in the future, should he continue to wear No. 48 and perform well in the NHL. He won’t have to work too hard, as only three guys have even donned it, and one didn’t score any points in Chicago (David Koci).

Cullen was the most successful of the three to date, tallying 16 points in 29 games right after the lockout. It was by far Cullen’s best season in a brief NHL career.
