8-3-3. Previous: 15th. New Jersey Devils. 6. team. 85. Oh boy, do I love underdogs. Everybody was shocked when the Oilers traded former No. 1 overall pick Taylor Hall to the Devils, including the Devils. But Hall hasn’t missed a beat. Leading the team with 12 points, Hall and the Devils have won 4 games in a row, burning a hole in the Metropolitan Division. It would be interesting to see them compete through the season, but it’s possible they may fall back.
