Previous: 24th. New York Islanders. 23. team. 106. New York has gone from a speedy, scary playoff team to a struggling group early this season. A couple reasons for that, but the goaltending would be a chief one. Thomas Greiss and Jaroslav Halak are both worse than .910/2.70 in net, which isn’t going to get the job done. The defensive pairing of Nick Leddy and and Travis Hamonic, both at minus-9, has bore the brunt of the struggles.. 5-8-3
