In this week’s edition of the NHL power rankings, the Eastern Conference continues to roll with the season past its one-quarter point

At this point in the 2016-17 NHL season, did you think the Eastern Conference would be so totally in control of things? After many recent years of Western Conference success, the East teams must have decided they were fed up.

In this week’s Blackhawk Up NHL power rankings, that’s certainly reflected. In this week’s top nine, there are two Western Conference teams (both should be familiar to Chicago Blackhawks fans).

With that little bit of a hint, let’s get to this week’s NHL power rankings.
