NHL Power Rankings: Same Two Teams On Top

No. 27: Buffalo Sabres

Season Record: 10-11-6
After beating the Oilers on Tuesday, the Sabres suffered a disappointing loss to the Washington Capitals Friday night. They are taking advantage of some time off before they play again tonight against the LA Kings.
Head Coach Dan Bylsma is pushing them at practice, and stressing getting back to the basics. Unfortunately, the Sabres are currently ranked last in the league in goals scored, with 55. Jack Eichel is back in the lineup after being out 21 games with a high ankle sprain. He was credited with the secondary assist on the game-winning goal Tuesday night. Perhaps he can help the team spark some more wins.
