No. 16: New York Islanders

Previous: No. 17

Record: 29-22-10 (68 points)

The Islanders have played much better under Doug Weight, but they still should not be buyers at the deadline. They should be sellers and start the full-on rebuild. Firing Garth Snow is also a good idea.
