10. Calgary Flames

Previous: No. 20

Record: 34-26-4 (72 points)

The Flames made a huge jump in our NHL power rankings. Reason being their five-game winning streak. They knocked off the Predators, Lightning, Panthers, Hurricanes and Kings not scoring less than three goals in all but the last game. They currently have the first wild card spot in the West and would play the San Jose Sharks in the first round. With the amount of talent the Flames have combined with the gritty style they play, I don’t think San Jose would walk over them by any means.
