3. Chicago Blackhawks

Previous: No. 5

Record: 39-18-5 (83 points)

The ’Hawks are scorching hot right now. Winners of nine of their last 10, Jonathan Toews and the Blackhawks have found their stride. Toews has been on a line with Richard Panik and Nick Schmaltz, who have all been playing very well together. Add in a Patrick Kane hat trick and a Scott Darling A-plus performance and you have a really hot hockey team. Stan Bowman already has added Johnny Oduya, but will he make another move?
