NHL Power Rankings: Chicago Blackhawks Stand Pat With Surging Metro Teams

No. 28: New Jersey Devils
Previous: No. 28
Record: 25-31-12 (62 points)
The Devils have had a frustrating season. They’re currently on a six-game losing streak, and have gone 0-8-2 in their last 10. Poor Taylor Hall goes from the bad Edmonton Oilers to the bad New Jersey Devils. At least Kyle Palmieri has been good this season, and Pavel Zacha has been shining more and more every game.
