23. Buffalo Sabres

Previous: No. 24

Record: 32-32-12 (76 points)

The Buffalo Sabres currently boast the league’s best powerplay percentage (24.5) along with sophomore Jack Eichel, who has been on a rampage since his return from injury. The season may be a lost cause, but it is certain that Eichel is the cornerstone of the Buffalo Sabres. With a better supporting cast, the Sabres will make their way into the playoffs in the coming years. The recent 5-2 victory over the Leafs proved the amount of potency on offense that Buffalo possesses.
