Panarin would bring the highest return

Given Panarin’s accomplishments, there is little doubt that of all the movable pieces on the Blackhawks’ roster, they’d get the most bang for the buck with the Bread Man.

With Bowman’s known transaction prowess (for the most part anyway), there is a good chance the Hawks’ could land one, if not two solid defensemen, and maybe even a draft pick as well. Given the types of speculative returns for Panarin, the Bread Man offers the ‘Hawks the quickest way to fix their defensive woes.

Now Panarin getting traded is certainly very unlikely, but it’s needs to be admitted and understood by the right people that the Blackhawks’ defense is in serious trouble, and all options need to be on the table to find the right solution.
