13. Calgary Flames

With the Kings and Sharks both sinking, in my mind, that means the Flames have to rise (HA). There’s just a lot to like here right now. Johnny Gaudreau, Sam Bennett, Michael Frolik and Sean Monahan lead the offense, while Mark Giordano, TJ Brodie, Dougie Hamilton and Travis Hamonic make up a solid part of the defense. The big question has to be the Mike Smith/Eddie Lack tandem in goal. I don’t need to explain why.
