If the Coyotes can finish above the Los Angeles Kings in the Pacific this season, I’d say things are going in the right direction. Having Antti Raanta as your No. 1 goaltender, though, is certainly a risk. He’s played just one preseason game and posted some ugly numbers in it (.875/6.00). Former Blackhawk Adam Clendening is second on this team with four preseason points, by the way. Niklas Hjalmarsson has unsurprisingly not scored in his one game played.
