Landing Nolan Patrick in the draft is going to be looked at as a blessing for years to come in the eyes of the Flyers Faithful. The late-season Valtteri Filppula trade has balanced out the scoring a little bit for this team, and while they aren’t a serious contender this season, they may be again in the near future.
