NHL Power Rankings: Chicago Blackhawks Jump On Back Of Goaltending

3 of 32
30. Florida Panthers
Previous: No. 27
The Panthers’ five-game homestand didn’t provide any type of advantage for them (probably because the majority of the seats are still empty). In that stretch, they went 1-4, giving up 20 goals in the last three games.
They are really missing Roberto Luongo. They’ve resorted to picking up Antti Niemi off waivers from the Pittsburgh Penguins. He has been anything but stellar, appearing in two games with an 0-1 record, a 5.08 GAA and a .872 save percentage.
