I just couldn’t see this Panthers squad being all that good in 2017-18. It didn’t do much in the offseason to get better, and while there’s plenty of young talent here, it needed at least a season to mesh and develop. The team also needs to figure out the post-Roberto Luongo plan. It shouldn’t be James Reimer.
