Despite losing one of their captains to injury early in the season, the Wild have hung around.  At 43 points, Minnesota is knocking at the door of a playoff spot and will be getting Zach Parise back soon.  They have also been very good at home with a record of 12-4-2 this season.   Parise will add some extra offense to the Wild, making them a threat to the Central in 2018.
